Return Policy

Our return policy is valid for 30 days. If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It should also be returned in the original packaging.

Certain goods are exempt from returns, such as perishable items (e.g., food, flowers), newspapers, magazines, intimate or sanitary products, hazardous materials, and flammable liquids or gases.

Additional non-returnable items include gift cards, downloadable software products, and certain health and personal care items.

To process your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

In some cases, only partial refunds are granted, such as for books with obvious signs of use or items returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Refunds (if applicable):

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method within a specific period.

Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable):

If you haven’t received your refund, please check your bank account and contact your credit card provider. If you have completed these steps and still haven't received the refund, contact us at support@coollight.shop.

Sale Items (if applicable):

Only regular-priced items are eligible for a refund. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable):

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. To exchange an item for the same product, please email us at support@coollight.shop and mail your item to: 1942 Broadway St ste 314c, Boulder, Colorado 80302, United States.

Gifts:

If the item was marked as a gift during purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of the return. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.

Shipping:

To return your product, mail it to: 1942 Broadway St ste 314c, Boulder, Colorado 80302, United States. You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. For returns over $75, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
